The work around the equipment

Installation, inspection support, repair and refurbishment, and after-sales. Equipment supply does not end at the truck ramp.

Most equipment problems are not equipment problems; they are installation, maintenance or paperwork problems. Our service scope covers the points where they occur: getting a unit correctly installed and commissioned, keeping its test status current, repairing and refurbishing units in service, and answering after-sales questions with engineering, not hold music.

Installation & commissioning

Site placement, mechanical installation coordination, piping connection support, purging, first fill supervision and handover with documentation, for tanks, station packages and vaporizer systems.

Periodic inspection support

Preparation of equipment and documentation for periodic inspections, coordination of testing, and remediation of findings so units re-enter service without drama.

Repair & refurbishment

Valve and instrument replacement, coating renewal, vacuum restoration assessment and structured refurbishment of storage and transport equipment, in service or as part of pre-owned preparation.

After-sales support

Spare parts sourcing, operating questions and troubleshooting for equipment we supplied, with response targets stated at handover.
