LNG Semi trailers
KAF Cryogenics supplies LNG semi-trailers for road distribution, virtual pipeline projects and industrial energy supply. The tank and vehicle configuration is selected around loading conditions, delivery route, payload and the receiving site.
Nominal Tank Capacities
The LNG semi-trailer range includes nominal capacities of 50, 52 and 56 m³. Usable filling volume and payload depend on the approved configuration, LNG properties and road limits. Dimensions, tare and pressure rating are confirmed for the selected model. These transportable tank units are reviewed for the intended road tanker duty, including the route and receiving installation.
Loading and Unloading Interfaces
Define the loading terminal, receiving tank pressure, discharge method, pump requirement and connections. The trailer unloading arrangement is coordinated with receiving storage capacity and the gas consumption cycle.
Vacuum insulation, holding performance and pressure control are specified for the transport duty. The trailer MAWP is taken from its own approved design and datasheet; stationary LNG storage ratings are not used as trailer ratings.
Transport Documentation
Tank and vehicle approval requirements, road mass and dimensional limits, axle configuration and the tractor interface are reviewed for the destination. The quotation identifies the equipment and documentation included.
